Our office works in all stages of the disciplines -architecture , interior design, landscaping, urban design and feasability studies of future projects as well as construction management. Sustainability and cost efficiency are integral components of our work. Besides our activities in Spain we operate internationally in Germany and in the United States.
Our guiding principle is that design is neither an intelectual nor a material affair, but simply an integral part of the stuff of life, necessary for everyone in a civilized society - but most of all design is our passion.
DESIGN
Light and material, form and color give a room its atmosphere. The proper interaction of these components, taking into account the people who live in them, is the task of interior design.
Working with accredited, nationally certified landscape designers, will ensure that your landscape meets your needs precisely, as well as suiting your surroundings, lifestyle, and budge.
STUDIES
We examine your commercial building project from scratch. With more than 30 years of experience in developing commercial projects such as retail centers, hotels and holiday parks, we will examine the feasibility of your ideas to ensure that a project is legally and technically feasible and economically viable.
ADMINISTRATION
We manage your construction project from the laying of the foundation stone to handing over of the keys. We check and ensure that all standards, regulations and quality specifications are adhered to and provide advice in the event of warranty claims.
