Our passion is architecture. We understand architecture both as the result of a creative process and as part of a holistic project. As generalists, we feel challenged by every task with their job-specific qualities. For us, the human being is at the center. The direct and open contact with our client creates the necessary trust for the joint development and design of ideas and the realization of wishes and individual needs. Sustainability, economy and ecology within a given cost and time frame are our basic requirements for our work. We are convinced that this process produces architecture that goes far beyond functionality and aesthetics. Our architecture captivates with formal clarity, authentic materiality and contemporary appearance.

OUR TEAM

SCHWEEN & SCHWEEN  architects has experience of more than 30 years in projects ranging from exclusive residential and vacation homes to commercial buildings, hotels and green buildings. Our office works in all workstages of the architecture, interior design, urban design and construction management. Sustainability and cost efficiency are integral components of our job. Beside our activities in Spain we operate internationally, with projects in Germany and the United States.
